The friend id is the numbers in your link.
When you press view profile something should come up like;
http://profile.myspace.com/i ndex.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewp rofile&friendid=202309093



The 202309093 is MY friend id (thats actually my personal myspace. ;D )
So when you click yours, whatever numbers come up after "FRIENDID=" is your friend ID.
Alternatively, when you go to your blog it should come up with something like:
http://blog.myspace.com/inde x.cfm?fuseaction=blog.ListAll& friendID=202309093

Again, 202309093 is MY friend ID. Not yours. Yours should be whatever numbers come up after "FRIENDID="
